RLD (Mixed Gender)

RLD is a new mixed gender ultimate frisbee team formed in 2022. We are a group of players who are here to enjoy ultimate and to grow as a team. On top of weekly training sessions, our team also collaborate with experienced players in the community, monthly, for more advanced trainings. We hope our members could progress and one day graduate to join more competitive teams in Hong Kong. But of course, we are always here with open arms if you are up to just having a good time!
