Harassment Reporting

At HKFDF, we take reports of harassment very seriously.

All members of HKFDF are required to abide by our Membership Regulations found in Schedule 1 to the Rules of Governance and in particular, the HKFDF Harassment Guideline 

Failure to comply with the Harassment Guideline can result in the Board imposing disciplinary sanctions on members, including the suspension or revocation of membership. This would include a revocation of a member’s right to attend any HKFDF events, including pickup, league, tournaments and social events hosted by HKFDF.

If you have been harassed, you are encouraged to make a report to any of the harassment officers set out below. They will keep all information confidential and will assist you with dealing with the matter.

The three harassment officers to whom you can report harassment to are:

Tara Hobbs (female.advancement@hkfdf.com); and
Florence Pang (harassment@hkfdf.com).
