Elementary Ultimate Course

 

Elementary Ultimate Course is a 12-hour course designed for beginners of ultimate who are willing to learn basic skills to become players in recreational games and the Developmental League. Basic throwing and catching skills will be taught in class, Participants will also experience different fundamental gameplays as well as gain knowledge of game rules.

Target: 15 years old or above

Course summary： Techniques for throwing, catching, cutting, vertical stacking, horizontal stacking, and game rules of ultimate frisbee.

 


IMPORTANT
  1. Participants MUST complete the 4 days of classes to receive the course certificate. Participants will receive a frisbee upon completion.

  2. Participants who have previously attended the Elementary Ultimate Training Course is not eligible to register again for the same course.
