Ultimate 101

Ultimate 101 offers those that have never played Ultimate the chance to try and learn the basics of the game. These free courses are run at various locations around Hong Kong as one off Fun Days.

Participants will learn 

• Basic Rules
• How to Throw
• How to Catch
• Basic Drills

Participants will get the chance to play a simplified version of the game, and those interested in continuing their journey with Ultimate are encouraged to join our other events such as the Elementary Course or Development League.
